“A great experience. We had contacted Shane several months ago when we needed a carpet repaired in our sun room. He was able to cut out the bad piece of carpet and patch in a new piece. We always ask people to find the patch and so far nobody has, and this is a berber carpet with a pattern. When we had a water leak in our basement and needed someone to fix uneven cuts made in pulling up the carpet to fix the leak, match and replace damaged padding, and stretch and relay the carpet we knew Shane was the person to call. He was prompt in getting an estimate, the estimate was fair and he did the work 2 days later. The first project—wall-to-wall carpeting in our bedroom and complementary carpet on the adjacent staircase—was installed with perfection and expertise. The second project, a large playroom, completely transformed our basement. The third project was to carpet a small home office with two desks, file cabinets, and lots of computer equipment. Once again, Shane led us through the carpet-selection process and explained the ancillary tasks he would need to do. He promptly scheduled the job, and in less than a day, he and his helper moved the furniture from the room, planed the doors as needed, removed the room’s existing flooring, lay the carpet, put everything back as needed, cleaned up everything, and removed all refuse that the project produced.
